Drug Interactions With BenazeprilThere are several medications that benazepril can potentially interact with. These include potassium supplements, lithium, diuretics like furosemide and torsemide, and potassium-sparing diuretics such as amiloride and triamterene. Drug interactions with benazepril can cause potassium levels in the blood to become too high, lower blood pressure too much, and contribute to kidney damage in some people.
