Cardizem LA Drug Interactions

When certain medications are taken in conjunction with Cardizem LA, drug interactions can occur that could lead to increased or decreased drug levels in your blood. These effects may increase your risk for developing side effects and reduce the effectiveness of the medication. Some of the medicines that can cause drug interactions with Cardizem LA include carbamazepine, cimetidine, lovastatin, and beta blockers.
