How Should Cardizem LA Be Stored?

It should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. The tablets should be stored in an airtight container.
 
Keep Cardizem LA and all medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?

If you do not take your Cardizem LA as scheduled, take your missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.

Cardizem LA tablets are available in six strengths:
 
  • Cardizem LA 120 mg tablets
  • Cardizem LA 180 mg tablets
  • Cardizem LA 240 mg tablets
  • Cardizem LA 300 mg tablets
  • Cardizem LA 360 mg tablets
  • Cardizem LA 420 mg tablets.

Currently, there are no generic versions of the drug licensed for sale (see Generic Cardizem LA).
