Catapres-TTSCatapres-TTS is a medication often prescribed for the treatment of high blood pressure. It comes in the form of a skin patch that is applied once a week. This medicine works to decrease blood pressure and heart rate by stimulating alpha-2 receptors in the brain stem. Some of the most common side effects that have been reported with drug include skin irritation, drowsiness, and fatigue.
