Protease Inhibitors
Protease inhibitors can increase the level of Dynacirc in your blood, possibly increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to decrease your Dynacirc dose to prevent this interaction from occurring.
 
Rifamycin Antibiotics
Rifamycin antibiotics can greatly reduce the level of Dynacirc in your blood, perhaps making it much less effective. It is generally not recommended to combine Dynacirc with rifamycin antibiotics.
