As with any medication, there are potential side effects of fosinopril-hydrochlorothiazide, including a headache, cough, fatigue, and dizziness. There are also some more serious and rare side effects of fosinopril-hydrochlorothiazide, such as seizures, difficulty breathing, or sexual problems. Headache -- occurring in up to 7 percent of people

Dizziness -- up to 3.2 percent.
