HydroDIURIL Dosage

The dose of HydroDIURIL that your healthcare provider recommends will vary depending on a number of factors, including:
 
  • Other medical conditions you may have
  • Other medications you may be currently taking
  • How you respond to HydroDIURIL.
     
As with any medication, do not adjust your dose unless your healthcare provider specifically instructs you to do so.

HydroDIURIL Side Effects

As with any medicine, there are possible side effects with HydroDIURIL. However, not everyone who takes this drug will experience side effects. When they do occur, HydroDIURIL side effects are often minor, meaning that they require no treatment or are easily treated by you or your healthcare provider. Serious side effects are less common.
 
The most common HydroDIURIL side effects seen in people with high blood pressure include:
 
  • Low blood potassium levels (hypokalemia) or other electrolyte imbalances
  • Dizziness
  • Upset stomach (nausea) or vomiting.
