Isoptin SR Drug Interactions

When certain medications are taken with Isoptin SR, drug interactions may occur. Medications that can cause interactions include aspirin, beta blockers, and other blood pressure medications. These interactions can cause your body to metabolize the drugs differently than intended. In order to prevent Isoptin SR drug interactions, your healthcare provider may change the dosage of your medications or monitor you more closely.

 

An Overview of Isoptin SR Drug Interactions

 Isoptin SR® (verapamil hydrochloride) can potentially interact with a number of other medicines. Some of the medicines that may lead to Isoptin SR drug interactions include:
