Generic lisinopril-hydrochlorothiazide is sold under the name Lisinopril and Hydrochlorothiazide tablets. There are several strengths available for the generic medicine, including 10 mg/12.5 mg, 20 mg/12.5 mg, and 20 mg/25 mg. A number of drug companies manufacture generic lisinopril-hydrochlorothiazide products, such as Sandoz, Eon Laboratories, and Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Lisinopril-hydrochlorothiazide (available as a generic or under the brand names Prinzide® or Zestoretic®) is a prescription medication that has been licensed to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Lisinopril-hydrochlorothiazide is a combination of two medicines -- Prinivil® and hydrochlorothiazide.
 
Lisinopril-hydrochlorothiazide was originally developed by Merck & Co. It has since come off patent, making it available as a generic.

  • Lisinopril HCTZ 20 mg/25 mg -- which has 20 mg of lisinopril and 25 mg of hydrochlorothiazide.
