Aliskiren-amlodipine-hydrochlorothiazide is a prescription drug licensed to treat high blood pressure. It comes in the form of a tablet and is taken once daily. Each tablet contains a combination of three different blood pressure medications. This drug works by relaxing the blood vessels, improving blood flow, and decreasing blood volume. Headaches, swelling, and dizziness are some of the common side effects.

Each tablet contains three different drugs: amlodipine (Norvasc®), aliskiren (Tekturna®), and hydrochlorothiazide.
Are There Side Effects?Just like any medicine, aliskiren-amlodipine-hydrochlorothiazide may cause side effects. However, not everyone who uses the drug will experience problems. Most people tolerate it quite well. If reactions do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are treated easily by you or your healthcare provider. Serious side effects are less common.
