It contains three blood pressure medications -- olmesartan (Benicar®), amlodipine (Norvasc®), and hydrochlorothiazide.
Are There Side Effects?Just like any medicine, olmesartan medoxomil/amlodipine/hydrochlorothiazide can cause side effects. However, not everyone who uses the drug will experience problems. Most people tolerate it quite well.

- Stuffy or runny nose and sore throat.
