Some rare side effects of this medicine include insomnia, dry mouth, and erectile dysfunction.

Side Effects of Trandolapril-Verapamil ER -- An Overview

As with any medicine, there are possible side effects associated with trandolapril-verapamil hydrochloride ER (Tarka®). However, not everyone who takes trandolapril-verapamil ER will experience side effects. In fact, most people tolerate trandolapril-verapamil ER well. When people do develop trandolapril-verapamil ER side effects, in many cases they are minor, meaning they require no treatment or are easily treated by you or your healthcare provider. Serious side effects can occur, but are less common.
