Moduretic Side Effects

While Moduretic is generally well tolerated, some people experience side effects while taking the drug. Common Moduretic side effects include headache, nausea, and weakness. There are also serious side effects that can occur during treatment. Notify your healthcare provider immediately if you are experiencing side effects of Moduretic such as fainting spells or yellowing of the skin.

An Introduction to Moduretic Side Effects

As with any medicine, side effects are possible with Moduretic® (amiloride-HCTZ); however, not everyone who takes the drug will experience side effects. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well. If side effects do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or can be easily treated by you or your healthcare provider.
