Nifediac Use in Children

Nifediac CC has not been adequately studied in children and is not approved for use in this age group. Be sure to talk to your child's healthcare provider about the benefits and risks of using Nifediac CC in children.

Off-Label Nifediac Uses

On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend Nifediac CC for treating something other than the conditions listed above. This is called an "off-label" use. At this time, off-label uses of Nifediac CC include the treatment of the following conditions:

Preterm labor
Hiccups
Chest pain (angina)
Migraine headaches
Diabetic nephropathy (kidney problems in people with diabetes).
