Plendil Uses in Children

Plendil has not been adequately studied for treating high blood pressure in children and is not approved for this age group. Be sure to talk to your child's healthcare provider about the benefits and risks of using the drug in children.
 

Off-Label Plendil Uses

On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend Plendil for treating something other than high blood pressure. This is called an "off-label" use. At this time, Plendil is sometimes used off-label to treat chest pain (angina).
