Telmisartan/Hydrochlorothiazide Storage Methods

Telmisartan/hydrochlorothiazide should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Telmisartan/hydrochlorothiazide tablets should be kept in an airtight container.
 
Keep telmisartan/hydrochlorothiazide and all medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Telmisartan/Hydrochlorothiazide?

If you do not take your telmisartan/hydrochlorothiazide as scheduled, take your next dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed one and continue with normal dosing. Never take a double dose!
 

Strengths of Telmisartan/Hydrochlorothiazide

Telmisartan/hydrochlorothiazide tablets are available in three strengths, each with different amounts of either telmisartan or hydrochlorothiazide. These strengths include:
 
  • Telmisartan/hydrochlorothiazide 40 mg/12.5 mg (which has 40 mg of telmisartan and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide)
  • Telmisartan/hydrochlorothiazide 80 mg/12.5 mg (which has 80 mg of telmisartan and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide)
  • Telmisartan/hydrochlorothiazide 80 mg/25 mg (which has 80 mg of telmisartan and 25 mg of hydrochlorothiazide).
     

Generic Telmisartan/Hydrochlorothiazide

Telmisartan/hydrochlorothiazide is not currently available as a generic medicine.
