When certain medications are taken with Zaroxolyn, drug interactions may occur. Medications that can cause drug interactions include digoxin, other blood pressure medications, and NSAIDs. Some of these interactions may result in certain side effects, such as extremely low blood pressure or low potassium levels. In order to prevent Zaroxolyn drug interactions, your healthcare provider may monitor you more closely and/or adjust your dose of these medications.
