Ziac and PregnancyThe full risks of using Ziac (bisoprolol and hydrochlorothiazide) during pregnancy are not known at this time. When the bisoprolol component of the medication was given in high doses to pregnant rats and rabbits during clinical studies, it increased the risk of miscarriages. If you become pregnant while taking Ziac, your healthcare provider will consider the benefits and risks in your particular situation.
